SHIPPING INFO

Standard shipping orders may take 2- 4business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped.

During large drops or high volume times, processing may take a little longer. Please keep in mind that 1am one person running and packing all orders, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Some orders may even ship the same day if applicable!

All shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once the package is in the hands of the postal service.

Local Pickup is available at checkout for customers in New Orleans or the surrounding areas. Simply select this option at checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your package is scanned and picked up by the post office, Luxe & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order does not arrive, you will need to contact your local post oflice and file a claim using your tracking number. We cannot file claims on your behalf, as we have no control once the package leaves our location.
