NO RETURN POLICY

At Luxe & Co. Boutique Every item is selected with care and intention. lo maintain the quality and exclusivity of our collection, all sales are final - we do not accept returns or exchanges. We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing if you're unsure about the quality, fit, or materials. We re always here to help you feel confident in your choices! We also ask that you review your selections carefully before purchase. Absolutely NO cancellations! Order may be canceled only if the item has not been shipped yet, Just email us! That said, we truly value our customers. If there's ever a genuine issue with your order-whether it's a defect, damage, or a unique concern - please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item. While we don't offer standard returns, we promise to work with you to find a fair solution.

SHIPPING INFO

Standard shipping orders may take 2-6 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped. During large drops or high volume times, processing may take a little longer. Please keep in mind that I am one person running and packing all orders, so your patience is greatly appreciated. Some orders may even ship the same day if applicable! All shipping typically takes 3-5 business days once the package is in the hands of the postal service. PLEASE NOTE: Once your package is scanned and picked up by the post office, Luxe & Co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order does not arrive, you will need to contact your local post office and file a claim using your tracking number. We cannot file claims on your behalf, as we have no control once the package leaves our location.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at checkout for customers located in the New Orleans and surrounding areas. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order is available for pickup. Please wait for this email before arriving. Orders must be picked up within 3 business days of receiving your pickup notification. If your order is not picked up within this timeframe, Luxe & Co. Boutique reserves the right to cancel the order or restock the item. If you need additional pickup time, please contact us before the pickup deadline and we will do our best to accommodate

JEWERLY CARE & TARNISHING NOTICE

Our boutique jewelry is crafted from high quality brass — if you take care of it properly, it will stay beautiful and will not turn. Luxe & Co. jewelry is fashion jewelry - stylish, affordable, and perfect for completing your look. Because it's not solid gold or sterling silver, some natural tarnishing over time is possible, especially if exposed to water, sweat, lotions, or perfumes. Remember, these are dupes, so while they're luxe inspired, they won't be 100% identical to designer pieces.

To help your jewelry last longer:

Keep pieces dry and remove before bathing or exercising

Store in a cool, dry place (ideally in a pouch or jewelry box)

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, hairsprays, and lotions
Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear

Please note: Tarnishing is a natural part of fashion jewelry wear and is not considered a defect. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that tarnish.

MIX UP POLICY

At Luxe & Co., every single order is packed by hand by me — with so much love and care. I double-check everything, but sometimes mistakes still happen (labels get switched, items look alike, etc.). I never want anyone to feel frustrated or overlooked, and I always do my best to make things right as quickly as possible. If you ever receive the wrong item, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of what you received. I'll fix it right away whether that means resending your correct item or issuing store credit if it's sold out. Please keep in mind I'm one person running and packing hundreds of orders during drops. Your patience and understanding mean the world to me.
